The Quilcene School District invites the public to meet its trio of finalists for the job of school superintendent. The introductions are from 7 to 8 p.m., April 10-12.

Finalist Jeff Thake is set to speak with staff and parents April 10. Thake most recently served as a high school principal and superintendent for the Amboy Community Unit School District in Illinois.

Candidate Patrick Mayer was principal of Delta High School before becoming superintendent of the Wrangell Public School District, both in Alaska. He is slated to greet staff and student families on April 11.

Finalist Francis Redmon, who meets with the Quilcene community April 12, has served as principal of the Tulalip Heritage High School and the 10th Street Middle School in Snohomish County, Washington.

In addition to affording community members speaking opportunities, the meetings are also accepting written comments about the candidates.
