The Port Townsend Police Department is slated to conduct annual low-light firearms training between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23 at the Jefferson County Sportsmen’s Association range located just outside the city.
Law enforcement officers must qualify under low light conditions to maintain their certification with firearms.
