A four-wheeled, 50-foot crane owned by Craftsman United, Inc. tipped over while being used to lift a mast off a steel commercial vessel near the business at the Port of Port Townsend, about 9:35 a.m. Dec. 16. East Jefferson Fire Rescue crews extricated the crane operator, who was airlifted to a Seattle hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to EJFR's initial report.
