Phil Eherenman, also known as Flugelhorn Phil, serenades folks gathered at a small beach in front of the breakwater at the end of Adams Street in Port Townsend. Eherenman said he usually plays local venues but with the COVID-19 pandemic, he's had to limit his gigs to more public spaces when possible.
