One Hit Wonder is PT’s newest cannabis business

Posted

New owners Daniel and Amanda Judd, Bryan Keith, and Ken and Jayme Netzer have purchased marijuana dispensary Choice Cannabis on West Sims Way, and will be renaming the shop to One Hit Wonder.

Taking the baton from Choice Cannabis, One Hit Wonder’s owners hope to continue the legacy of supplying high-quality marijuana to the community of Port Townsend.

With a new name comes new looks, and the cannabis shop’s new aesthetic takes inspiration from a 1970s-themed record store, complete with vintage-style decor and vinyl records decking the walls of the business. Enhancements to the shop include updated displays, an increased assortment of glassware, and a broader selection of products.

“We want to continue to meet the people of Port Townsend and create a safe, inviting place for all people to have a positive experience on their cannabis journey,” said Amanda Judd, co-owner of One Hit Wonder.

The marijuana retailer had its grand opening on Sunday, June 26.

Keeping with former owner Dawn Darington’s integral role in Washington’s now-sprawling cannabis industry, One Hit Wonder strives to provide a welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere to the industry for new and seasoned patrons.

The new business offers its customers the ability to order online for pickup through popular cannabis website Leafly, as well as over-the-counter service.

The shop is located at 2427 West Sims Way. The business is online at onehitwonderpt.com.
