On Thursday, February 21, 2019 William “Bill” Donald Juran III, passed away in the comfort of his home in Port Townsend, WA, just one day before his 60th birthday. Bill grew up in Michigan and graduated from Romeo High School in 1977. Bill and his wife moved to Port Townsend in 1988, where he ran a successful manufacturing and wholesale business for 28 years.
Bill was happily married to his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Beth (Wingerter) Juran for 37 years. She and their two beautiful children, Matthew Juran, (25) and Megan Juran, (22) will forever remember Bill for his devotion to them and his fun, humble, strong, hardworking and loving personality.
Bill was preceded in death by his father and mother, William “Bill” and Mary “Pat” Juran and is survived by his sister, Julie Juran of Ann Arbor, MI.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church 1111 Franklin St., Port Townsend, WA 98368. At Bill’s request a “party” will follow at the Port Townsend Brewery.
Bill was proud to gift his body to the University of Washington’s Willed Body Program. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
