I do not support the Trump border wall. I have hesitated to have my voice be counted, but putting the entire country hostage and shutting down the government for political gain is unfounded.
I disagree with the many cruelties imposed on emigrants and separating families. The best quote is: “This country’s values are based on the Statue of Liberty, not a steel wall.”
If counted, I know the majority of the people in this country do not want the wall.
There has been no diplomacy during this presidential term, and America is making enemies with our allies, ignoring our values of equality, protecting the environment, and the reality and damage of climate change. That is what we should fear with this administration.
