The first confirmed COVID-19 case in a week was reported in Jefferson County by public health officials Tuesday.
A mid-county man in his 50s tested positive for coronavirus, according to Jefferson County Public Health.
There have been a total of 345 COVID-19 infections in the county since the start of the pandemic.
Health officials reported Tuesday that two residents remain in isolation.
Sixty-five Jefferson County residents were still awaiting COVID-19 test results March 30.
According to Jefferson County Public Health, a total of 20,900 tests have been administered for the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic, and 20,490 tests have come back negative.
Through Tuesday, 155 COVID cases have been found in Port Townsend residents; 154 in mid-county residents; and 36 in south county (Quilcene, Brinnon, and West Jefferson).
Based on gender, 176 males have tested positive for COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic in Jefferson County, and 169 females have tested positive.
A total of 25 residents have been hospitalized for the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic, and two deaths have been linked to COVID-19.
County health officials reported that 336 people have recovered from COVID-19.
People are considered "recovered" at 28 days from the onset of symptoms if they are alive and not hospitalized, according to the state Department of Health.
