Patricia Floyd of Port Hadlock, Washington, died on Sept. 9, 2016. A gathering of Patty’s friends is planned for 2 p.m., Dec. 17 at the Highway 20 Roadhouse, Port Townsend. At Patty’s request, her ashes are to be scattered on Dec. 15 on the 1:40 p.m. ferry out of Edmonds.
