Marvin L. (Frank) Salseina passed away early the morning of March 27, 2021.

He was the loving father of four children, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carol and grandson, Jared.

He grew up in the Chimacum and the Port Hadlock area. He attended Port Townsend High School where he wore number four as a halfback.

Frank fell in love and married Carolyn Mosley after his naval service in the Korean War. They moved to the Edmonds area and began raising their family.

His life’s work as a railroad engineer took him to many places including Sedro-Woolley, where in 1975 he found and purchased the farm at Cokedale.

His personality drew people to him. His friends, family or anyone whom he met were rewarded by it. A favorite pastime of his was dancing. He loved to take mom dancing. He was a great dancer.

He had a love for the outdoors, especially fishing. His fishing ability and knowledge was vast. He was also a very competitive fisherman that made those around him better as well. We will miss the jokes, the fishing trips and the loving way he expressed his character. Goodbye Dad; take Mom fishing for us all.

No services will be held at this time. Share your memories of Frank and sign the online guest register at www.lemleychapel.com.
