A Port Ludlow man who was hurt in a two-car crash near the Hood Canal Bridge on Saturday, Nov. 19 has died from his injuries.
Marcus K. Daly, 76, of Port Ludlow, passed away at Tacoma General Hospital on Monday, Nov. 28, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Daly was one of three people injured in the wreck on Highway 104 just west of the bridge.
The State Patrol said the collision happened after Daly turned his 1997 Lexus onto Highway 104 and was struck by a 1989 Volkswagen van that was traveling west.
The crash happened just after 2 p.m. Nov. 19.
Both the van driver and his passenger, a 72-year-old Seattle woman, were also hurt in the collision. The woman was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, while the driver was taken to Jefferson Healthcare Medical Center in Port Townsend.
Daly was first taken to St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale for treatment before being transferred to Tacoma General.
