Last week my friend became quite ill and I rushed her to the hospital E.R. The staff was quick to take action providing medical intervention and diagnostic testing. When my friend was stabilized the staff explained her medical condition in easy to understand language and kept her under close observation until she was ready to be admitted. The patience and sharing of information by the E.R.doctor, nurses and aides in answering questions and providing support was incredibly helpful.

Later in the day, she was admitted to the inpatient floor. The doctor covering that unit came down to the E.R. to meet and obtain pertinent information from staff and my friend. He let us know what to expect when admitted. For the two full days and nights she was hospitalized, she received the full array of services from many disciplines. Communication between staff and my friend and her family was excellent and so helpful.

At times of waiting while at the hospital, I found the delightful gift shop. It is filled with lovely items and Rosemary was so helpful. The cafeteria was a great find with excellent food and friendly service.

We are so fortunate to have this fine facility in our community!
