The community is invited to stop by The Boiler Room, 711 Water St., on Tuesday, Feb. 14 to enjoy complimentary cookies for Valentine’s Day.
Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County and The Boiler Room are “sharing the love” this month by swapping volunteers to support each other’s missions.
Boiler Room volunteers are to be working at a Habitat job site helping to build homes for local families on Feb. 25. Those families, with Habitat staff, have organized a cookie drive to show appreciation to Boiler Room customers and guests.
