Key City Public Theatre hosts an album release party for Port Townsend High School graduate Alanna Dailey at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 18 at the Key City Playhouse, 419 Washington St.
Daily’s second album, “Little Dreams,” produced by Toolshed SoundLab, is a collection of covers showcasing Dailey’s favorite R&B and jazz standards.
The Saturday concert features the album performed in its entirety, with album musicians Tom Svornich (drums), Dirk Anderson (bass), George Radebaugh (piano, Hammond B3, accordion), Kurt Festinger (sax, clarinet), George Rezendes (guitar), Dave Meis (pedal steel guitar), David Conklin (bass) and Tomoki Sage (drums). In the second set, Daily is joined by The Toolshed Trio for a performance of some special songs.
