What a wonderful evening spent at the 4th of July concert by the Summer Band and the Community Chorus. The national news on all sides has been so discouraging and so difficult to avoid. Being able to hear joyous band music and then to sing along with well-known songs, Like God Bless America” was actually healing. Even the weather cooperated with Mt. Rainier showing up and a cruise ship at the dock. We are blessed to live in Port Townsend.
