Jefferson Healthcare has my sincerest thanks and lasting gratitude for all the support my wife received while in its care.
We don’t know all the individuals in the support units who were involved with her care.
There were many we never came in direct contact with. We thank you all.
Everyone we did interact with – nurses, receptionists, technicians, surgeons, aides, doctors, etc. – were always friendly and professional, which helped us to remain confident and allowed us to focus on the task at hand.
There were numerous visits over the course of a year, to the short-stay unit, where she received exceptional care.
We were immediately put at ease with and given assurance about what was initially unknown and intimidating. The staff was consistently personable, upbeat and sensitive to her needs.
I imagine that, at times, the work must be taxing, busy and emotionally consuming. In light of that, their positive attitudes were always appreciated.
To the entire staff, thank you.
We, as a community, are fortunate to have a quality local health care system where our neighbors are our providers.
That is something we can be thankful for.
