The recent Leader article regarding the new 7th Haven affordable housing groundbreaking was informative, but failed to mention a couple of key people who have worked tirelessly to bring the project to construction.
Both Kathy Morgan, OlyCAP housing director and Mark Blatter, developer for Ally Community Development, helped initially concept the idea and have remained out front on making sure the project design meets community needs.
Their work has been key to securing funding and will now they will be helping to oversee construction. Kudos to Kathy and Mark.
