Born to Lloyd and Sylvia Steele in Port Townsend, WA., October 15, 1936. Jim left us on the morning of August 23, 2017. Survived by his wife Sharon, daughters Stephanie (Tom) Steele O’Dell, Stacy Eggers of Fairbanks, AK.; sons, Robert (Tammi) Garten, Hawn Garten of Port Ludlow, WA., Chad (Dana) Garten, Carrie (Dave) Clark of Port Hadlock, WA. And numerous grandchildren and great grand children. Predeceased by his sons Berry Steele and Micheal Garten, loving family members both here and in Colorado, friends and hunting buddies.
Jimmy will be loved and missed tremendously, but his memories will live on through family and friends. There was no one quite like him. He has touched everyone who knew him and just the thought of Jim would put a smile on your face. You will be loved and missed, but never forgotten. We love you Jim.
