Balstad named PT branch manager of Kitsap Bank
Joy Balstad has joined Kitsap Bank’s team as the manager of its Port Townsend branch. Balstad joins Kitsap Bank with more than 10 years of financial and mortgage experience, and has spent her career serving the Puget Sound region.
