Human power reigns supreme during first leg of WA360

Posted

As of Tuesday morning, racers competing in the Washington360 were setting their respective courses for the South Puget Sound to round the course's first mark near Olympia.

A total of 55 teams left the start line early Monday morning from the Northwest Maritime Center dock.

In Tuesday update from Raceboss Daniel Evans, the competitors who had chosen human power for their race were seeing strong results. Bend racing led the pack with Wave Forager close on their tail, Evans said. Wave Forager also happened to take second place in the Seventy48 just days earlier.
