A paving project has prompted the closure of the access road to HJ Carroll Park in Port Hadlock through Friday, July 10.
The road was shut down Tuesday, July 8 as the project got underway.
The park is not closed. It will remain open to pedestrians and bicyclists entering from Covington Way, Fern Way, or the Rick Tollefson Trail, according to Jefferson County Public Works.
