Henry Lewis Lund, 91 of Port Townsend, passed away at home with family by his side, on Monday, March 24, 2025.
He was born October 31,1933 in East Machias, Maine, the son of Samuel Adams Lund and Bertha Helen Bryant. Henry had one sister who is no longer with us. He is survived by his son, Allen Lund.
Henry married Rita Lund, June 12, 1982, who passed away last July.
He was a member of the Port Ludlow Volunteer Fire Department’s for 25 years while working in General Construction for nearly 40 years.
Henry enjoyed hobbies, such as wood working, farming, and feeding all the wildlife that would visit their home garden. He enjoyed spending time with his family and many dear friends they have met throughout the years.
Henry is preceded in his passing by his two daughters Coralie Lund and Dale Lund. He was a grandfather of 5 children, great grandfather to 10 children, great-great-grandfather to several as well. He was a 5-generation grandpa and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
