The family of Eva Peak is sad to share the passing of their beautiful mother. She went to Heaven on Sept 14, 2020 at Jefferson General from heart complications, due to the coronavirus. She was surrounded by her daughters; her grandchildren said their goodbyes on video chat. She loved everybody and only saw the good in everyone.

She is survived by her five children: Deborah Fultz (Jim); Kandis Coulter; Dyan Liden; Gregory Peak; and Jo Anna Peak. She had nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and was excited to be welcoming another in October to be named after her.

Eva loved time with family, and going to her senior center, where she enjoyed playing games, eating meals, visiting with friends, and decorating the big Christmas tree every year. Christmas was her favorite holiday. The senior center is where she met Esther Blair, who became her best friend. They enjoyed many fun adventures together. She also spent many weekends in Seattle staying with her lifelong friend Kay Leary. The two went to see lots of 5th Avenue shows among many other fun excursions.

She loved to watch the Seahawks, Olympic skaters, “America’s Got Talent,” and “Dancing with the Stars.” She enjoyed her home, beautiful flowers in her yard, and watching the birds out her windows, in her many feeders.

Eva was born in Seattle on March 2, 1934, graduated Kirkland High and married Joe Peak on Aug. 5, 1955. Joe preceded her in death on Oct 3, 2004. She retired from Crown Zellerback/ Port Townsend Paper after 23 years.

We will miss her smiles, strength, and the unconditional love she had for all her family and friends. Mother, you will forever be in our hearts and memories.

At Eva’s request, there will be no services.
