As a former hospital commissioner, I can speak firsthand to Bruce McComas’ qualifications to be our next hospital commissioner.
During the 20 years I was on the board, Bruce served on the hospital’s financial advisory committee for nine years and worked with two different CFOs at Jefferson Healthcare.
A former vice president and general manager of Port Townsend Paper Corp., Bruce comes with a background in business and knows fiscal responsibility. He has the expertise we need to help run a multimillion-dollar institution like Jefferson Healthcare.
Bruce’s experiences as a volunteer at Jefferson Healthcare with the oncology support team and the family advocacy team give him a well-rounded knowledge of the workings of our hospital and clinics.
We need someone like Bruce, who has a background in business, not in the medical field.
Bruce McComas is best person to represent us.
