I am so proud to be a science teacher at Chimacum High School and to send my two children to school at Chimacum.
I know firsthand that students in Chimacum receive a high-quality education with caring teachers, administrators and other staff.
Now our schools need the support of the community.
This is a replacement levy. It is not a new tax. For many years, I have taught advanced science courses in Chimacum, courses for which students have been able to receive college credit.
We have been able to provide our students with the learning resources for this outstanding science education with the help of levy dollars.
Please help us continue to provide this support to students by voting yes and mailing in your ballot by Feb. 14.
