The Trojans marched to a win in girls junior varsity volleyball against East Jefferson late last week as Olympic prevailed in three sets.
East Jefferson tested the Trojans in the first, beating Olympic by a score of 26-24.
The Trojans turned potential tragedy into triumph, however, winning the second set 25-19 and slogging to a third-set win, 25-22.
Hannah Cotterill was the standout player for East Jefferson, Coach Kristina Jennings said, “for her great attitude and being a team player.”
