The Rotary Club of East Jefferson County invites the public to their virtual meetings. They take place at noon on Thursdays via Zoom.
The upcoming events are as follows:
On March 25, Adam Cole, policy specialist from the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office, will speak on topics such as salmon recovery, recreation and conservation, and invasive species management.
April 8, Forest Resener is the guest speaker. He is the operations director for StoveTeam International, which facilitates the placement of low-smoke, fuel-efficient, and safe cookstoves to support families and protect the environment of Latin America.
To honor the unique history of the Quilcene area, Christine Satterlee from the Quilcene Historical Museum will speak on April 22.
On April 29, Emily Froula, a certified public accountant of Froula and Froula and Chimacum High graduate, will speak.
