Duane Marggraf, age 64, a resident of the Rainbow House in Lakewood, Washington, passed away on Feb. 7, 2021, due to lung cancer.
He is survived by his brother, Steve R. Marggraf, and sister-in-law Mickey Marggraf, of Port Orchard; sister, Sherri Marggraf of Port Hadlock; two nephews, three nieces, and numerous great-nephews and nieces.
Duane was born in Port Townsend, Washington, on Jan. 9, 1957. After high school, Duane enlisted into the Army and served his country for two years. He spent the remainder of his life as a disabled veteran and lived in various adult family facilities and homes. Duane will lay to rest at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington.
