Douglas Munro died of complications from a dissected artery at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. He was a father, brother, friend and a talented musician who will be deeply missed by all. He was born and raised in Port Townsend, spent many years living in the Seattle and Tacoma areas and working as a Land Surveyor. He is survived by his son, James Westermann; sister, Tanya Munro; brother, Scott Munro; and his cousins, all of whom he loved dearly.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 7 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Highway 20 Roadhouse.
