Dean passed away peacefully on 12/10/19 at home with his family after a long battle with cancer.
He was born in Phoenix, AZ on 9/26/61 to Emily Bartee-Hughes & Jay Rigsby. He graduated from Sunnyslope High and attended Cochise Community College where he played basketball.
He served in the Navy on the Sacramento in Bremerton, Wa, where he met his wife Tammi Guiher.
Dean worked for Port Townsend Paper for 28 years as a Boiler Operator. In his spare time he played golf whenever possible. Dean loved to go on golf vacations with Tammi and spending time with Odin.
He is survived by his wife Tammi, daughter Nina Guiher, Grandson Odin Guiher, Mother Emily Bartee-Hughes, sister Jayme (David & Ford) Witman, step-siblings, Bill & Jack Gibbs, Mark & Brett Hughes and Deni Skutshek.
Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
