I sure wish that would have happened 42 years ago when I first heard it said.
The 48-unit planned community above Discovery Bay Golf Course is well thought out and self-contained. Most folks will never see it like the Blue Sky Drive development.
The Discovery Bay Golf Course project is sensitive to what we value here: green space, trees, wetlands, and wildlife. By accommodating the Larry Scott Trail extension to Cape George Road, the plans go that extra mile.
Let’s keep the door open to well-planned growth for everyone.
