Martinez, Petrick join staff of Lisa’s Jewelry

Lisa’s Jewelry in Port Hadlock welcomes new employees Misty Martinez and Eli Petrick.

Martinez, a new resident of Port Ludlow, said she joined Lisa’s Jewelry to fulfill her dream of helping to mark and remember those special moments in people’s lives with gems and jewelry. She is a goldsmith who specializes in repair, and loves to restring pearls and beads.

Petrick, who studied welding in school, can weld a post on an earring that could not be done with a conventional torch; he can also repair most eyeglasses. He said he is looking forward to the challenges of fixing previously unrepairable items.
