Bonnie G. Curtis, 81, of Renton passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family on 2 January 2019 after a battle with lung cancer. Known at various times as Bonnie Lassie Graham Dougherty Evans Carpenter Curtis, she was born on 8 March 1937 in Oakland, CA, to William Arthur and Anna-Belle (Fox) Graham. After graduating from Bellevue High in 1954, she traveled extensively and enjoyed a successful career as a Licensed Realtor and Broker in La Jolla, CA. When not working she enjoyed reading, gardening, socializing, and cooking. She especially loved her family and dogs. She is survived by her children born in marriage with Daniel Deane Dougherty: James Deane (wife Janice) of Renton,WA, and Sherri Susan (SuSu) of Rome, Italy; her sister Anna-Belle Friesen of St Walburg, Saskatchewan, Canada; grandchildren Dane, Scarlett, Sarah and Graham; great grandchildren Elizabeth and Lacey; and many friends, including Lisa Kurrus of Port Ludlow, WA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Lacey Lynn, her brother Bill Jr, her sister Sarah Elizabeth and her husband Richard Curtis. A Memorial service was held on Friday, 11 January 2019 at GenCare Renton at the Lodge, 1600 Eagle Ridge Drive S, Renton, WA 98055.
