A callout to Jefferson Transit for their Dial-A-Ride service. I had knee replacement performed at Jefferson Healthcare followed by 2 months of physical therapy and doctor visits. Dial-A-Ride provided me with a door-to-door service, dropping me off at the hospital and picking me up for the return home. All of their vehicles appear to have lifts, to accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, or just limps with canes. The service was prompt and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. So if your are a senor with a mobility or health condition or disabled person, I would highly recommend their service.
