Port Hadlock – Betty Anne Cady passed on to her heavenly father on September 18, 2020 at University of Washington Medical Center after an illness. In her final moments she was with her beloved son, Don Cady and grandson Chris Lunn.

She was born April 21, 1935 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Betty was a graduate of Cape May (NJ) High School. She worked many years in bookkeeping and secretarial work, retiring in 2006 from the Olympic Community Action Program (OLYCAP). Betty most enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, volunteering at church, reading and following her children and grandchildren on social media! Betty was known for the masterpieces she created through needlepoint, cross stitch, knitting and crocheting. Every work of art was a priceless gift as each stitch was a labor of love.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Deborah Marquis. Betty is survived by five children, Ellen Worley, Donald Cady, Sharon Ferguson, Faith Good and Jolynn Leguizamo; eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Equally, she leaves behind many dear friends, some who were her angels on earth.
