There is an extremely dangerous situation that repeatedly occurs on Highway 20 south of Port Townsend. On a regular basis there are motorists heading northbound who take a left turn into the exit of Arrow Lumber to enter said business. This includes large trucks delivering salable goods to Arrow Lumber.
The latest occurrence we witnessed was on Saturday, March 5 involving an automobile that nearly rear-ended the left-turning vehicle into Arrow Lumber. The car avoided a collision by ending up in the ditch.
For the sake of traffic safety and human life, this extremely dangerous practice must be forced to discontinue.
