AARP offers a driver safety class from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 26 and Friday, Jan. 27 at the Tri-Area Community Center, 10 West Valley Road in Chimacum.
The class is designed to help refresh driving skills, and inform those in attendance of newly revised laws. Participants may qualify for an insurance discount if they are 50 years or older. Cost is $15 for AARP members, $20 for nonmembers. To register, call center manager Kim at 732-4822 or volunteer instructor Barry Birch at 379-0122. Class is limited to 20 participants.
