Trick-or-treaters dressed as witches, ghouls, soldiers, super heroes and many other colorful characters showed up in droves for the 25th annual downtown Halloween event Oct. 31.

Trick-or-treaters dressed as witches, ghouls, soldiers, super heroes and many other colorful characters showed up in droves for the 25th annual downtown Halloween event Oct. 31. The Main Street Witches led off the parade and the Unexpected Brass Band entertained the crowd at Tyler Street Plaza. The Port Townsend Main Street Promotion Committee coordinated the event with assistance from the Port Townsend Police Department and East Jefferson Fire and Rescue.
