In November, 2021, the JTA Budget showed:

"1 Trolley-Style Fixed Route Bus (JTA Funded) Retro Fitted Electric $140,000"

After that, "someone" decided that adding the available electric feature detracted from the old-time trolley look that they wanted so they opted to stay with a conventional diesel engine and instead waste even more money on useless appearance items like a cowcatcher and brass fixtures.

The new JTA Manager needs to change course, quickly.
