Peter Simpson was a good citizen of Port Townsend. He wrote for the Leader, was President of the Jefferson County Historical Society, owned a gift shop (where the lighthouse cafe is) called the Customs House. He and Pat were contributing citizens of Port Townsend. He also liked to see things happen in Port Townsend. So "What would Peter say? The Port Townsend Film Festival is still happening? Great!
