Report Inappropriate Comments

The proposed Oklahoma legislation is extreme, I would not support it, but Roe v. Wade allowed that the states have the right to set their ******** laws, (powers not enumerated). Isn't that what representative governance is all about?? Some states lean Republican and some lean Democrat, they are, supposedly, the people's representatives. Should the federal government have the power to overrule the people's representatives? Is that a Democratic Republic? I don't think so.
