I assumed we were referring to citizens who were legally entitled to cast a vote and were denied, .....Guess what people in Botswana are not allowed to vote in our elections either.....

So neither you nor I know someone legally entitled to vote who was denied that right to vote?

I certainly see no reason for the Federal government to take control of what has been a States Rights issue.
