How is it that the City of Port Townsend and the FWPDA they control at Fort Worden has such a dismal record like Cherry Street and malfeasance at Fort Worden?

Some on City Council and FWPDA Board for far too long need to get out of the way and get folks like this taking their places. Congratulations and thanks to this group, and all those not needing broken government to fix problems and shortcomings it created. Broken does not recognize broken, and root causes. Broken loves control.
