And when they re-phrased the question to ask "would you approve of sending statues to museums" The answer was yes they preferred it. I would love to see those statues used as a teaching tool, not in a public place but in schools. When people have to think about why something is named for a particular person, they can learn the real history of our country. With all it's flaws. But glorifying the South by presenting statues of Robert E. Lee, and other traitors is just wrong without a history lesson on why they were traitors.

You know, Just In Hale, you want to call George Washington a traitor to the the crown, I would say more he was a traitor to women, slaves, Native Americans, and people who couldn't vote because they did not own property.

Trump is trying to coerce Georgia for not finding votes that show him as the winner. Is Donald Trump a traitor, well yes he is.

As to the majority of Americans not supporting renaming military bases, tearing down statues. I would say, how many years was it before the general public supported removing slavery from our country, giving Native Americans their rights as first citizens of this country, women the right to vote and the right to choose what they would do with their own bodies? Equal pay?

Four year of Trump and what do we have to show for it. Racism, lies, a narcissistic personality that has done absolutely nothing to make our country, or other countries a better, safe place to exist.

So we will move on and probably sweep this administration under the rug, but he will be brought out now and then to show the wrong way to run a free country.
