If there are structural problems with the roof, then fix just what's required for safety.

To PT and BOCC and everyone else trying to pick our pockets:

Pay attention to the rapidly growing number of NO PT POOL TAX signs that are sprouting throughout the area (including in the city).

County property owners will not support this $50 million mistake, and I suspect a lot of PT people will not want to pay $500 per year in added property tax PLUS higher sales taxes to build a facility that is used by about 80 people per day.
