The main house has two living areas, and a large backyard deck overlooking the yard. There are four bedrooms, with the master having its own bath and new king-size bed. One guest room has a furnished Queen bed. There’s plenty of room for one or two home offices. There is a full W/D laundry room in the main house and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a TV.
The cozy finished cottage has a queen bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and a comfortable sitting area. Enjoy quiet moments in the private fenced backyard, shaded by an ancient walnut tree.
Last month's rent along with a security deposit will be required prior to move in. A 40.00 nonrefundable fee will be for a credit and background check. Interested parties will need to submit proof of income. No pets or smoking will be allowed. Tenants will be responsible for trash and internet.
