Dennis Duane Aardal of Port Townsend, Washington passed away at 85 years of age on April 26, 2024, at his home at The Fifth Avenue in Sequim Washington.
Denny graduated from Port Townsend High School in 1957 and from Western Washington State College, now Western Washington University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Art in 1962. He retired from Pacific Northwest Bell, now Lumen, as a graphic artist.
Denny enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, Seahawks and Mariners, his artwork and snowbirding to Arizona. He enjoyed puzzles and shooting pool at The Fifth Avenue in Sequim where he was well taken care of and will be missed. Thank you to all staff at The Fifth Avenue.
Denny was unmarried and is pre-deceased by his parents Lawrence Aardal, Lorraine Silva, and his two sisters Donna Easton and Diane McMinn. Three nieces and two nephews survive him.
At Denny’s request there will be no funeral services held. Arrangements were entrusted to Bradley - Kosec Funeral Home in Port Townsend. Denny was cremated and laid to rest at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Port Townsend alongside his mother and two sisters.
