‘There is no question’

As an attorney and resident of Jefferson County, I strongly encourage our community to elect Noah Harrison for District Court Judge.

Over the four years that I have lived and worked here, I have come to know Noah as a formidable attorney. In the many family law cases we have litigated from opposing sides, he has always shown the utmost dedication and skill in advocating for his clients. He has never failed to be a courteous and respectful negotiator. As a fellow criminal defense attorney, I have seen him excel in motion practice and at trial, and I often come to him to consult on difficult legal issues. Noah’s knowledge of the law, his courtroom skills, and his wealth of experience cannot be overstated.

I don’t have to guess what type of judge Noah will be if elected, because unlike his opponent, he has been serving Jefferson County as a stand-in judge for years. It is not lost on me, or any other private attorney, that his service in this capacity has frequently required him to pass up much more lucrative private cases. Noah has presided over many of my cases, including simple traffic tickets, complicated motion hearings, and hotly-contested criminal trials. I may not always agree with his decisions, but I know that whenever my clients appear in front of Noah, they will receive fair, thoughtful, professional consideration from the court in all respects.

Additionally, Noah’s policy proposals are exactly what Jefferson County needs. His commitment to strengthening therapeutic responses to the opiate crisis will help offenders re-enter the community while keeping us safe. His goal of updating court technology will improve transparency and access to justice for all.

There is no question in my mind that Noah is the clear choice for District Court Judge.
