Women cited, warned after mooning drivers

A vehicle was pulled over after it was reported a person inside the vehicle was "exposing her rear end."

According to Port Townsend Police Department Public Information Officer Keppie Keplinger, officers received a call at 10:35 a.m. May 11 reporting a female mooned other vehicle while stopped at a red light near Haines Place.

Keplinger said the female passenger was warned about "exposing her rear end out of the window." Both of the female and the driver were issued citations for not wearing seat belts.

Keplinger did not have information regarding the names, ages and where the individuals were from.
