FROM JEFFERSON COUNTY EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER:
Residents near Hastings Road between Howard Street and Jacob Miller Road may be experiencing low water pressure today, Nov. 12. Damage to a water line in the area has been isolated and city crews are working to repair it.
"At this time work is expected to be completed by Monday evening," according to a message from the Jefferson County Emergency Operation Center.
"Port Townsend Public Works advises that during the repair on Monday there may be a 2-3 hour period when water service may be limited or interrupted in the northwest part of Port Townsend. The exact time of the service interruption is unknown at this time."
